The preservation and improvement of your eyesight is our highest goal. For this purpose, we use the most modern examination and treatment methods. Our team includes the ophthalmologists Prof. Dr. Franz Fankhauser, Dr. Jaroslav Tverdik and Dr. Nóra Bognár.

Our team of doctors and opticians offers a full range of ophthalmological and holistic diagnostics and therapy, prevention and treatment of various eye diseases such as glaucoma (glaucoma), cataract (cataract), age-related macular degeneration, keratoconus, retinal detachment and diabetic retinopathy.

Our services include regular screenings, vision tests for driver's licenses, issuing prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses, as well as surgical procedures and laser treatments.

Ophthalmic surgery

Our in-house operating room is equipped for any ophthalmic surgery procedures. Surgeries are usually performed on an outpatient basis. In addition to common cataract and glaucoma and retina surgeries, intravitreal injections are also performed in the sterile operating room. Operations such as eyelid correction, corneal transplants and crosslinking can also be performed.

Refractive surgery

Thanks to modern technology, different refractive errors can be corrected today, with the aim of making the eye independent of correction by means of glasses or contact lenses. With all treatment options, visual acuity increases significantly. Our offer includes femto-lasik, photorefractive keratectomy PRK or in case of severe refractive error (over - 6/+3 diopters) insertion of an artificial lens with subsequent laser correction (Bioptics).

Prevention / Precaution

Many eye diseases have an aspect that affects not only the eye, but the entire body. Therefore, we have developed offers for preventive care and prevention.

• Spineliner: Improvement of painful situations of all kinds by means of sound wave therapy
• Micronutrients: Prevention of the development or progression of ocular or general health problems.
• Nutritional counseling: optimization of a healthy diet, if desired also by means of gene sequence analysis

For emergencies, appointments are available at short notice by telephone arrangement. This also applies to weekends.
