Welcome to our clinic! We practice general ophthalmology without surgical interventions. We refer surgical cases to competent colleagues. Emergency cases receive an appointment quickly & promptly.

• Determination of visual acuity and prescription of glasses and contact lenses.
• Comprehensive diagnostics, consultation and treatment of all acute and chronic eye diseases
• Ophthalmological check-up/ (annual) control
• Clarification of cataracts; eye pressure measurement/optical nerve examination for early detection of glaucoma

• Examination of the retina for diabetes, retinal degeneration, retinal detachment, tumors, hereditary diseases
• Examination of tear film / tear ducts, care of patients with dry eyes
• Clarification of color vision disorders
• Eyelid diseases, lid margin inflammations, stye, hailstones, tumors
• Drooping eyelids, bags under the eyes and eyelid malpositions
• Vision school for diagnosis and treatment of strabismus (children and adults) and visual impairment in children
• Ophthalmological examination for fitness to drive
• Treatment of ophthalmological emergencies and accidents at work (very fast appointment allocation)

The practice is located - not far from Kreuzplatz - above Hegibachplatz (accessible by streetcar 11, Forchbahn, bus 31 or bus 33). It is a 6-minute walk from the tram stop "Hegibachplatz" (follow Hegibachstrasse upwards, then turn left into Heliosstrasse or Böcklinstrasse). There is also a car stop directly in front of the practice.
