The project to create "Ottica 3Valli" was born in the summer of 2012 and was the result of the confrontation between two distinct generations: the modern and fresh generation of Francesco Staglianò on the one hand and, on the other hand, the "old-fashioned" one of Mario Agustoni. In October of the same year, the project came to fruition and now, five years later, Francesco has become the sole owner of "Ottica 3Valli."

Mission

"Ottica 3Valli" is first and foremost synonymous with the quality and professionalism of the products and services offered. In fact, in addition to carefully following the customer in the choice of glasses and lenses, the service continues even after the purchase. The result? A long-lasting relationship of trust, which allows "Ottica 3Valli" to offer discounts for all age groups, from young to old and, above all, families!

Service

A 360-degree service, including professional eye examination and targeted, tailor-made advice for the client. Also included is the cutting of optical lenses, fitting and assembly of glasses, thus ensuring the perfect outcome of the final product, which is checked as many as three times before delivery.

But it doesn't end there, the after-sales service is assured: all glasses come with a warranty, which we could call an "RC," covering part of the value of the glasses.

No less important, "Ottica 3Valli" is an eyeglass craftsman, capable of repairing, welding and fixing damaged frames. In short, any customer's wish will be fulfilled!

Ottica 3Valli is located in Biasca, at 6 Stefano Franscini Street. To welcome customers the owner, Francesco Staglianò, the optometrist, Nadia Zimotti, and their staff ready to give the best advice. Inside the store there is a wide selection of brands that will satisfy any taste and need!
