EYE EXAM

We use the latest technology to examine your eyes and check for any abnormalities so that we can refer you to your eye doctor for treatment early and in a timely manner.
With intraocular pressure measurement, computer tomography, retinal photography and biomicroscope in 40x magnification, we help to ensure that eye changes such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eye can be found and treated ophthalmologically at an early stage.

CONTACT LENSES AND CONTACT LENS CARE PRODUCTS

A contact lens fitting is the purest pleasure for you! First, we support and advise you in your desire to see everything clearly and invisibly and freely.
Then we create a personal 3D image of your eye surface and together we check the appropriate lens shape for your eye geometry.
The biomicroscope shows us at 40x magnification the details and composition of your tear film and we already know which contact lens material is best tolerated for you.
And of course we also combine your chosen contact lens type with the appropriate lens care product. Because the rule is: these two must fit perfectly as a pair.

Audio Visual Perception Support www.avwf.ch

For years we have been offering visual training at the Center for Perception Support ZWF Huttwil. For us, finding the balance in the autonomic nervous system between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system is part of our work, especially in the field of functional optometry. The method of a new type of auditory system for audio-visual perception support AVWF® developed by Ulrich Conrady can offer help to children and adults with reading and writing difficulties, attention deficits ADS, ADHS, with speech development disorders, autistic traits, spasms and with impaired motor skills or can also be used to improve speech comprehension, hearing and auditory processing disorders in adults and seniors. People with burnout, stress and depression symptoms are also part of AVWF's scope of support (see publications).

The AVWF® technology has the same goal as is trained in visual training, namely to stimulate the interaction of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve components. The results from Germany and Switzerland show that success is achieved in a much shorter time than with other stimulation methods. It is shown that the performance can be maintained without further practice.
