It is my concern to offer the best possible treatment to people with eye problems. I strive to give personal attention to each patient / patient and I am always committed to the optimal quality of my medical work.

Our services:

• Diagnostics: the ophthalmic problems described by the patients / patients are analyzed and a problem-related examination is performed; certain further examinations (such as examination for strabismus patients by the orthoptist ) can be specially planned.

• Eyeglass determinations: The eyes are first measured with modern measuring instruments. Subsequently, these measurements are subjectively checked according to the patient's specifications.

• Drug therapies: Drug therapies for problems such as ocular inflammation and glaucoma are initiated or reviewed.

• Laser therapies: Laser therapies for posterior cataract (repeated clouding after cataract surgery, see there) or glaucoma are performed by myself; for the other ophthalmological laser therapies a referral to the Eye Clinic St.Gallen is made.

• Eye operations: Independent performance of the following operations:

  • Cataract surgery, see below.
  • Strabismus operations
  • Eyelid corrections, see below
  • Div. smaller operations
  • I do not perform laser-based treatments for defective vision ("goodbye glasses").
